Ricky Allen Duncan

Ricky Allen Duncan, 71 of Waterloo, IL., born May 31, 1952, in Belleville, IL, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at his residence in Waterloo, IL.

Ricky was a retired gas journeyman from Ameren Illinois. He was a 22-year member and Past Exalted Ruler of Fairview Heights Elks Lodge 664. He was also an Air Force Veteran from the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his:

• Brother: Roger Duncan
