Ricky Allen Duncan, 71 of Waterloo, IL., born May 31, 1952, in Belleville, IL, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at his residence in Waterloo, IL.
Ricky was a retired gas journeyman from Ameren Illinois. He was a 22-year member and Past Exalted Ruler of Fairview Heights Elks Lodge 664. He was also an Air Force Veteran from the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his:

- Brother: Roger Duncan

- Daughter: Shanna (Robert) Fredrick of Waterloo, Illinois

- Darlene Duncan of Belleville, Illinois
