Joyce J. Blackard, nee Hoaglund, 89, of Belleville, IL, born Wednesday, June 27, 1934, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at her home in Belleville, IL with family at her side.

Joyce was a Registered Nurse for BJC Healthcare retiring at age 82. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church in Swansea, IL, Founding Member of National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration Long Term Nursing Care.

Funeral: Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Robinson officiating. Private family interment.
