Sylvia was the first person I met when I moved to Cedarhurst in May 1, 1970. My third floor window overlooks our court yard garden; Sylvia worked alone tirelessly to make the garden the most beautiful I have ever seen . This year when I gaze at the garden from my window, I think of Sylvia for it lacks her special touch.
