Rita Laverne Bell, nee Restoff, 70, of Columbia, IL, born Monday, December 7, 1953, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Bria of Columbia in Columbia, IL.

Rita was a certified nursing assistant for area nursing homes. She was a member of Scotts Lions Club and Belleville Lions Club.

She was preceded in death by her:
