Phyllis L. Tilk, nee Swan, 69, of Belleville, IL, born Friday, July 20, 1951; in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021; at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Phyllis had a heart of gold and loved everyone. She would tell everyone that she loved them whether she knew them for ten minutes or ten years. She loved Elvis and yellow roses, but her children and grandchildren where her number one loves. She had a special nickname for all of them and to her grandchildren she was always “Granny”.
She was preceded in death by her:

- Grandchildren: Tanner, Tayler, Henry and Preston

Funeral: No Services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.

I’m sorry to learn Phyllis’ death. I will always remember the good times at the VFW and the KC.
She was always smiling and gracious to everyone. My deepest sympathies to You, Joey , and Ginny.
