So sad to hear this! She was my favorite teacher ever. She read Charlotte’s Web to us during class. I got my own copy and still remember her every time I look at the book.
She was always so dedicated to our district and community. Even after retirement she was still highly involved: volunteering, attending school board meetings, etc.
I was a student of Mrs Ingersoll’s, she was an amazing teacher who cared for her students. When I was a kid I was very sick for a few weeks with mononucleosis and she came to my house, on her own time, to teach me so I didn’t get too far behind. I will always remember her for that. Prayers to her friends and family for peace in comfort.
Both of my children (Ron and Donna) had Cathy at Emge School. She was an EXCELLENT TEACHER and always interested in her former students. She gave it her ALL…..! I remember making Pumpkin Soup (in a Pumpkin) for her class. She was a Delight!
I was a student of Mrs. Ingersoll. Her passion for teaching and dedication to her students was obvious in everything she did. She touched so many lives!
I met Cathy in Ten Toes and so enjoyed knowing her. Please accept my deepest condolences on her passing.
I lived near the Ingersolls and was very close to David and Stacey. I loved going over to their house because Mrs. Ingersoll was so kind and loving.
As a teacher she was one of the best.
Thinking of you David, Stacey and your families.
May your beautiful mother Rest in Sweet Eternal Peace and Paradise Forever.
God Bless.
Remember her so fondly, as well as the family, from both Emge and Calvary Lutheran. May she rest in peace and rise in glory!
I’m so sorry for the loss of your wonderful mother grandmother! she was such a joy to be around she brightened my days for so many years! She gave me so much advice and we laughed the entire time we were together at her hair appointments.
God bless her and keep her in his living arms! 🙏🏾❤️
