JoAnn Wise, nee Davenport, 79, of Columbia, IL, born Friday, July 3, 1942, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at Mercy South Medical Center in Saint Louis, MO.

JoAnn was a retired retail /sales employee for Kroger and Walmart.

She was preceded in death by her:
