I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Doug and Monica,
I’m so sorry for your loss. I know how devoted you two have been to Jean, always going the “extra” mile to see that she was taken care of and all her needs met. You have set a good example for others through your selfless devotion, especially considering all of your handicaps of the last couple of years. You never let Jean go without your love and caring. I’m so proud to call you guys friends. God bless you both through this sad time.
Debbie and Doug & Family, We are so sad that Jean has passed. Our heartfelt sympathy to you. Praying God’s Comfort, Love, and Peace surround you and your family at this most difficult time. So sorry that we cannot come to the service. Jim is not doing well . He has a doctors appointment the same time as Jean’s Funeral. Jim and Jean were quite good friends throughout the years at Illinois Power Co. Our Love and thoughts are with you……..Jim and Marilyn Harris.
Remember Me
When I am no longer with you, my dear ones
Please with Joy — remember me.
Know that I will be where the clouds are
Alright with glory and the air is pure and free.
Life is filled with heartaches and grief,
With sorrow all around.
And I will have traded it for joy, no more
Pain … exultation & happiness abound.
I will be face to face with the Savior and
Many that have gone on before.
My steps will be lighter, my path smoother —
And suffering will be no more.
Do not grieve because you cannot see me,
I will be in every corner of your heart.
Love that we all have shared together —
Will always have a treasured part.
And when your days on earth are numbered,
And you come to join me, too —
I will be there at Heaven’s door with many
Others — who will come to welcome you.
