Loved, admired and was inspired by you. Your legacy of caring and serving will strength us as we miss you. Thank you for being you and sharing yourself with us.
Jacob was one very fine young man. We have watched him grow into the very best of men. He. Was so faithful to St Matthew Methodist Church. Along with his mother and father he helped make StM’s Easter and Christmas programs a great success. A godly servant.
Our deepest sympathy to Jacob’s family during this difficult time. Prayers and condolences to our longtime family friends, Helen, Randy, Jerry and Mary Phillips. May you draw strength from all of those who love you.

I have no words. My heart hearts for the family. Jake was such a great Godly man and will be missed by so many. We are in Florida and won’t be able to attend his celebration. He fought the fight, but has won the battle. May God wrap His loving arms around you and hold you close. Love you all. You are in our prayers.
We are shocked and so sorry. Jacob has been in our prayers often after we heard he had this serious heath challenge. We remember his easy smile and how helpful both Jacob and Bethany were behind the scenes for St Matthews drama ministry. Praying for our Lord’s mighty comfort Bethany, Jerry, Mary Helen and all of Jacob’s family and friends
Our condolences to the family. Jacob was in Shiloh School between our two boys. I remember his joy and enthusiasm with life. He was especially determined on the basketball court. I’m sure he carried these traits over into adulthood.
I will miss this young man. He was an inspiration to me. My son Rob was part of youth group with Jacob. I had many times where Jacob and I could relate to each other’s needs and challenges he was always ready to share his thoughts. A man among men wise beyond his years. Christian young man who loved the Lord. You will be missed. Prayers to all family and friends.
Mary Helen and Jerry we just found out about Jacob’s death and are very saddened by it. We had good memories of him as a little boy always sweet and loving. We are deeply sorry for the family ‘s loss but most if all for your loss as parents. But, we believe we will be reunited with them and Jesus sooner than later. Forever your friends Wendy and Tony
