Earl H. Rahlfs, 94, of Belleville, IL, born Thursday, September 13, 1928, in Chester, IL, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL.
Earl was a retired truck driver for Be-Mac Transport. He attended St. Martin of Tours Lutheran Church in Mascoutah, IL. He was a former member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Belleville, IL. Earl served as a Veteran in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his:

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Services: Gathering Time for sharing memories & expressing condolences from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, on Saturday, November 12th, 2022 at St. Martin of Tours Lutheran Church, 1190 N. 6th Street, Mascoutah, IL 62258 with a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm.
Private interment will be held at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.

My deepest condolences to the family. Earl was such a good guy and a real character. I have missed seeing him every day since he moved from the neighborhood, and I really wish I could have made it to his memorial service. Rest in Peace Earl.
