Carmelo Morales-Ortiz, 74, of Belleville, IL, born Wednesday, February 18, 1948, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Bria of Mascoutah Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Carmelo worked for the El Nuevo Dia Newspaper in Puerto Rico.
