Billy Ruth Pelc, nee Sarlouis, 85, of Smithton, IL, born Saturday, December 28, 1935; in Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021; at Sycamore Village Assisted Living in Swansea, IL.
Billy was a Southwestern Bell Telephone Operator and also sold Avon products. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Belleville, IL, Women’s Guild, 54 Girls Club, neighborhood card club for over 50 years and a 1954 Graduate of Belleville Township High School.
She was preceded in death by her:

- Parents: William G. and Dorothy M., nee Poole, Sarlouis

Visitation: Visitation from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Michelle Torigian officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
