Barbara “Joann” Dillow

Barbara “Joann” Dillow, nee Bourland, 88, of Fairview Heights, IL, born Tuesday, December 17, 1935, in Dongola, IL, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL.

Joann was a member of First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL where she joined the weekly church sewing group. She was a maestro on the sewing machine and a master quilter, but her talents did not end there. She always boasted an impressive flower garden and her skills in the kitchen were always greatly appreciated. In her free time she enjoyed fishing and watching Cardinal’s baseball, March Madness, and Ice Skating. She was loved by so many people and will be greatly missed.

Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, April 22, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Scott Douglas officiating.

Interment will take place at 3:30 pm at St. John’s Cemetery in Anna, IL.
