Mary and family. I was so very sorry to read of Arlette’s passing. She and I were friends through the Junior Wednesday Club and church for many years. She had such a sharp mind and dressed impeccably—especially her jewelry! She always shopped at the Memorial Hospital gift shop. She will be missed and I am proud to have known her. My sincere condolences to you all.

Arlette was a very competent school secretary within Belleville School District 118. She was admired and appreciated by students, teachers, parents and administrators. As superintendent, I always knew that her knowledge, kindness and attention to detail would always cause good things to happen in the school to which she was assigned. Arlette was such a lovely lady and always spoke with such love and affection for her family. Please allow me to share my thoughts and prayers and words of admiration with all all family members.

Arlette was a caring person who was always interested in the lives of her coworkers. She loved her children and was so proud of you all. I will hold your family in prayer at this sad time. .
When Arlene retired from Belleville Public School District #118, I was her replacement at West Jr. High School. She went above and beyond to teach me all I needed to know. We became good friends but lost touch over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time.
