Lala was a good friend for over 40 years and the most fun friend I ever had. We met at BAC (SWIC) in
Spanish Class. She got an “A”, of course, without even studying, and the fun began. We discovered how much we enjoyed shopping, and she was up for taking me all over St. Louis and beyond even though we almost always got turned around but never lost! It was actually part of the fun.
We shared so many stories as our children were growing up and even had the privilege to share about our grandchildren. Always, there was laughter. That is what I will miss the most.
To Lala’s beautiful family my very deepest sympathy. I know you all by name and will keep each of you in my prayers. Though our hearts are heavy, may all the wonderful memories sustain us now and laughter help us heal.
