I am so sorry to here about Fred’s passing. Fred was a great car guy, had a great sense of humor, and everyone he meet was a friend! I am glad that I was able to work with Fred, and consider him a true friend. Rest in peace my friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Tom Gerke
I worked with Fred at Jim Lynch Cadillac. He was always pleasant, had a smile on his face, and a great sense of humor. You have my condolences 🙏
I was saddened to learn of Fred’s death. I have known him since I was a boy growing up in Godfrey, IL. Over the years Fred sold many Cadillacs to my parents, Kenneth and Darlene Burger, and he was a dear friend to my parents. Fred knew every car my parents bought and sold, and even after my parents’ passing, he maintained contact with me.
As recently as last year, I was surprised when Fred and Dorothy rang the doorbell of my Belleville home to reconnect and see my current cars. While he was disappointed not to find a Cadillac, we celebrated the many years of friendship together and reminisced about my parents and the wonderful times they shared.
Fred, you were one of my parents’ last living friends, and I will always remember you fondly. Rest in Peace…
Dotty, so sorry to hear about your loss. We always enjoyed Fred’s company and great sense of humor. He was without a doubt a true gentleman.
