Carroll A. Bay

Carroll A. Bay, nee Dowdy, 76, of Belleville, IL, born Monday, July 29, 1946, in LeFlore, OK, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at Dammert Care Center in Belleville, IL.

Carroll worked as an elementary school teacher in her early years and retired as a beloved preschool teacher from Mothers Day Out at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Belleville, IL. Carroll spent her life taking care of her family, along with any and all friends or animals her children brought home. Those closest to her will remember her quick wit and gentle, accepting nature.

She was preceded in death by her:
