Terri was the true definition of selfless service. She dedicated her life to serving others and always put everyone before herself. Terri is a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. She was very active and enjoyed decorating, gardening, fishing, or taking in the sunset with a cold drink in her hand. Sundays in the winter months were occupied by her longtime love, the Kansas City Chiefs. Terri raised two upstanding, selfless sons who are truly a reflection of her and her shared values. She was happiest when spending time with her sons, and especially her grandson, “Monkey” who was her true pride and joy. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A special thank you to the nurses who brought comfort and peace to Terri and our family in her final moments.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks only for expressions of sympathy and support.

You were always one of my Mom’s best friends and that made you a part of our family my entire life.
You kept my Mom company on the phone in your later years and in person your early years. Thank you for being a positive light in our family’s life. You will be missed by everyone.
You were one of my sister’s best friends and I thought the world of you too. My condolences to the entire family.
My heart is heavy for Josh, Joe, and Alex. She loved you boys unconditionally, and without limit. Her love for you will always be with you.

I did want to spend time with you again but I was too late to get your attention. One dear sweet friend who was full of honery humor and shenanigans. Till we meet again
