Mr. Fink was one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. His family is every bit as wonderful. Lots of great memories of times spent with all of them. He will be missed. My heart goes out to all the family for their loss.
My condolences to the Fink family. Coach fink was a good coach and a good man. He had a way of inspiring people to be the very best they could be. He taught lessons on the basketball court that left lasting impressions on those of us who were fortunate enough to play for him.
So sorry to hear about Norm. He was one of the nicest colleagues I worked with at BTHSE.
He was always very respectful of everyone.
I remember him “wiping” me out in a game of badminton.
We are sending our sympathy from our whole family. We enjoyed being neighbors in Belleville. Chas was always interested in talking deer hunting with Norm. Blessings from Charlie and Sandy Raban and Jon and Kristin Douglas
Sincere condolences – may memories warm your heart and soothe your grief.
During the 1969-70 school year at Belleville East, Mr. Fink joined the Lancer basketball team as an assistant coach. He would often bring his 4 energetic young sons to practice. The boys were fun to watch playing basketball and their energy and enthusiasm was an inspration to the team. Mr. Fink was a fine coach and a nice gentleman. My condolences and sympathy to Mrs. Fink and family.
Barb, Coach was a great coach, teacher, and mentor, and my life, and that of many others, has been better because the two of you were in it. Sending warm thoughts to you and your family.
Kyle, my mom, Harriet Lipe, and I are thinking about you and are very sorry to hear about your dad’s death.

My condolences for the entire Fink family. Coach/Mr. Fink was an asset to the community and to all those fortunate to come into contact him. He will be missed by not only his family but the community as well.
Coach Fink was a mentor to the athletes he coached. I played Sophomore baseball for Coach Fink, and he always made sure we knew the fundamentals before any other skill in baseball. I use that philosophy today when I had coached my boys to now coaching my grandson. Coach was one of the influential people in my life and I will always treasure his teachings.
Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Norman. Always a sweet man and neighbor. Barb, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this sad and difficult time.
Always respected Mr Fink and always felt welcome in the Fink home when Todd would bring me by. Admired him as a coach and as a father to his boys. Monty, Troy, Kyle and Mrs Fink you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
