Nancy Jean Welch, nee Beal, 71, of Troy, IL, born Thursday, February 10, 1949, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at home with family around her in Troy.

Nancy worked as a Line Worker for a Pharmaceutical Company. She was a huge Rams fan.

She was preceded in death by her:
