Icle Kramer, nee Redwood, 96, of Swansea, Illinois, formerly of Mission, Kansas, born Wednesday, February 14, 1923, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois.
Icle worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, Illinois, at AT&T, as a bookkeeper at Opal’s Apparel, and worked in accounting/insurance division for Sealrite a division of Phillips Petroleum. She was a member and office volunteer at Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village, Kansas, a Girls Scout/Brownie Scout leader, Jobs Daughters secretary for Bethel 45 and a member of the Hickory Grove School PTA.
She lived in Mission for 60 years before moving to Swansea, to be near her daughter.
She was preceded in death by her:
- Husband of 56 years: Raymond V. Kramer Sr.
- whom she married on Valentine’s Day in 1941.
- He passed away in 1997.
- Parents: Frederick Charles and Icle Edna, nee Hedspeth, Redwood

Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00pm on Monday October 28, 2019 at Johnson County Memorial Gardens in Overland Park, KS.
