Vance Y. Brown, 66, of Belleville, IL, born Thursday, March 7, 1957, in Parkersburg, WV, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his residence in Belleville, IL.
Vance owned the Concrete Pumping Company before retiring.
He was preceded in death by his:

Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Vance. He was a childhood friend and have many fun memories. One being parties at his pool house after midnight mass. He will be truely missed!
