TSgt William Crespo-Martinez, 89, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, May 22, 1932, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at St. Paul’s Home in Belleville, IL.
William retired from the United States Air Force after serving over 20 years. He then continued serving his country by working as a computer operator for the U.S. Government.
He was preceded in death by his:

- Parents, Emilio Crespo-Ruperto and Elena Martinez-Crespo

Visitation: Visitation from 10:00 am – 12:15 pm, Friday, February 18, 2022 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 12:15 pm, Friday, February 18, 2022 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Pastors Butch Caldwell and Gerry Brandmeyer officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

I had the pleasure of Taking care of Mr and Mrs Crespo-Martinez. They were Like work grandparents to me ! I would speak to them in Spanish and they would make sure to teach me properly when I spoke Spanglish or Slang ! I truly loved them both and was honored to take care of them in their last days ! God bless their children . They both will be missed and remember .!
