Steven P. Milligan, 65, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, May 11, 1958, in Belleville, IL, passed away Monday, July 3, 2023 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center in Belleville, IL.
Steven worked in the education field as a math teacher. He was a member of Metro East Christian Fellowship and enjoyed playing cards and games.
He was preceded in death by his:

Steve will be missed. I taught with Steve at Lovejoy. He really cared about his students. He had a great sense of humor. He is with God. No more pain. No more troubles.

I had Steve as one of my adult Spanish students at SWIC several years ago. He wanted to learn Spanish so he could go to Peru with his wife. As a fellow teacher I admired the work that he did with underprivileged students in Brooklyn, and enjoyed having him in my class.
