Sharon D. Chappell, 78, of Lebanon, IL, born Thursday, February 7, 1946, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at Lebanon Care Center in Lebanon, IL.
Sharon was a home health care aide. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her:
- Parents: Bertram L. and Thelma R., nee Reimann, Chappell
Surviving are her:
- Brother: Dwight (Colleen) Chappell of Sun Prairie, WI
- Nieces and nephew
- Christine R. (Sergei) Chappell-Belkin
- Nathan L. (Dorothy) Chappell
- Danielle G. (Daniel) Hayward
- 5 great nieces and nephews
Sharon was a very loving aunt to her nieces and nephew and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Funeral procession will leave Kurrus Funeral Home at 12:45 pm on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 for a graveside service at 1:00 pm, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Belleville, IL with Pastor Gary Huffman officiating.

I worked with Sharon at Memorial Hospital. She was a very good nurse assistant and took very good care of her patients. So sorry for your loss
