This marks the end of an era and Ted was the patriarch of our generation. I always remember him sitting over the outside fire cooking ribs for the Fourth of July family get togethers. He was a friend and a big cousin to be modeled. He was gracious, kind and to my knowledge always did the right thing. I just wanted to grow up and be like my older (barely) cousins, Ted, Fred Jeanette and Mona. If I could only get to be that old and grown up, my life would be complete. I think this is one of the disadvantages of being one of the oldest of a good-sized pack of cousins. Love you all! Ida

Lisa, sorry about your Dad. We enjoyed living across the street from you all so many years ago. You were so young at that time! Blessings to all of your family . Bonnie Runner

Ted was a great first cousin even though he was 16 years my senior. He always had a smile and a big hug for Sally and I. When I was a young married woman, he agreed to be the executor of our wills. Rob and I knew he would do what was honest and best. We could always count on him if we needed advice. Sally and I were much closer to our second cousins; Sandi, Cheryl, Melissa, Ricky, & Nancy because of being closer in age.
I have many fond memories of family times together. I am sincerely sad that I can’t be there tomorrow due to knee surgery last week. My thoughts and prayers will be with Jann, Lisa, Khourtney, Tayelynn, Sandi, Joan, and my cousins. Love, Susan & Rob Stewart

I will miss my uncle Ted very much. He and Jann played a big part in my life and in our family. Much love to family and friends who will miss his wry grin!
