Words cannot express the love our family had for our dad’s best friend, Sammy Crowder. Our hearts break because of his passing, but our spirits rejoice because we know that he is home with our Lord, his family, and his BFF L.A. Randle. Until we all meet again ??????. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Crowder family. We love you all dearly.

My condolences to the entire Crowder family. I only knew brother Sam for a short time but he quickly became like family. The kind of family you would do anything for and wouldn’t mind having a good time with. Sam leaves a void in our car club that could never be filled. Missing you BROTHER!

I grew up as a child, two doors down from Sam and his family on 2nd Street in Peoria, Il. I hadn’t seen him in years, but had recently reconnected with him on Facebook. I enjoyed his many post of his beautiful family, cars and fishing expeditions. I can tell he grew up to become a wonderful husband, father and person. Was saddened to hear of his passing soon after another childhood friend (L.A. Randle). You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences are with you and your family. I’m so sorry for your loss of your father, Ima Crowder. I know what you are feeling. I lost my mom in February of 2010- She had ovarian cancer for 7 years but it didn’t kill her- The doctors gave her the wrong overdose of chemotherapy and that did her in.
