So sorry for your loss. I remember how we used to say how funny that Ashley was a month older than Megan but Megan was taller than Ashley.

I want to laugh with you again. I keep wanting to tell you about things. I’m going to miss all that we shared with each other. My beautiful friend is gone. My heart is broken. I will forever be missing you.

My sweet Darlene, I was, and am, still so saddened by your loss of Megan. I know we haven’t seen each other in many years, but my memories of you are vivid. Jerold and I talk about you almost every time we are together. I know your heart is breaking and that you will never be the same. Take time to grieve, and let the memories of her fill your heart every day. I love you cousin. Chris

Here it is, March 15, 2023, and I am just now discovering the passing of Megan. We weren’t close. To be honest, Megan was just a girl who sat next to me in World History during my senior year of High School, but she was someone who was always kind to me so I respected her a lot and thought I had kept up with her over the years. I guess I hadn’t, and I’m a little devastated to learn of her passing, almost 4 years after.

To Megan’s family, loss is never easy, as you definitely know by know, but I hope you have found peace in the years since she has passed. I believe in heaven, and while I don’t know how her life was after high school, I don’t know how God would have someone who was so kind to me in the little time we knew each other, to be anywhere else but heaven.

God bless you all.
