Katherine R. Mardirosian, nee Tyra, 50, of Belleville, IL, born Friday, July 24, 1970, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at her residence in Belleville, IL.
Katherine was a server for Smokin K’s BBQ restaurant in Millstadt, IL.
She was preceded in death by her:
- Mother: Terry J., nee Roach,Tyra
Surviving are her:
- Husband: Ricky L. Mardirosian of Belleville, IL
- Son: Ricky D. (Lindsey) Mardirosian of Belleville, IL
- Brother: Marty Barton of TN
- Grandchildren
- Mia
- Colson
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
Services: Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Love and miss you so much Aunt Kathy! I’m so sorry we all lost touch! You have given us so many memories that truly will forever be cherished. I first heard this news and instantly I could hear your laugh. I’m struggling to understand why it had to be you, but it won’t being you back. Dad and I were just talking about planning a family reunion this summer, so we could all camp and catch up. I will never forget you. You will never, NEVER be forgotten. Love you so so much than I ever get the last opportunity to tell you.

Kat i can’t believe you are gone. I just worked with you on Saturday. I will truly miss our talks, working together. I always brighten up any room and always had a smile. Im going to miss you..

Aunt Kathy, you will be dearly missed and always loved. Your biological siblings will forever hold you in their hearts as well as your birth mother Theresa Bilbrey (nee Terri Tyra, still living) Siblings oldest to youngest, Barbara Reichenbacher (Steve), Mark Arnold, Sonia Worster (Kevin), Jenny Lynn Tyra, Norman Mitchell Jr. And several nieces and nephews.
