Karen “Jack ” Jackie Baker, nee Lockard, 60, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, April 9, 1963, in Barbourville, KY, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at her residence in Belleville, IL.
Jack was a nurse’s aide at nursing homes, housekeeper, dietitian and loved the outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her:

- Jeffery Baker
- Parents
- Kenneth Jack and Mable June, nee Johnson, Lockard.
Surviving are her:
- Daughters
- Karen “Jamie” Baker of Glen Rock, PA
- Kimberly “Jessica” (Robert) Patterson of Highland, IL
- Jasmine Page Baker of Belleville, IL
- Grandchildren
- Allison and Lucas Patterson
- Louis Beauchemin IV
Memorials: Memorials may be made to the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital.
Services: Private Interment in Kentucky.
