Judith M. Sheer, 72, of Belleville, IL, born Saturday, August 27, 1949, in Belleville, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Judy worked as Manager of Mapping and Platting for St Clair County during her productive years working. She enjoyed her retirement years taking care of her home, spending time with her dear friends among them Nancy, Debbie, Lois and many others. She also enjoyed times spent with her nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephew doing and participating in their many activities.
She was preceded in death by her:
- parents, Robert Earl and Edna Marie, nee Spilka, Sheer
Surviving are her:
- Sister, Janice Ann (Gary) Smith of Clayton, MO
- Uncle, Joe (Kathy) Spilka of Belleville, IL
- Niece, Julie (David) Woytowitz of Kirkwood, MO
- Nephew, Jeffrey Smith of Allen, TX

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Belleville Area Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
Funeral: Private celebration will be held.

My cousin Judy was also one of my best friends that I had a lot of fun times with over our lifetime. She was a brave person who fought a brave battle. She also loved her 2 cats which were her fur babies. They were taken in by a great animal shelter Helping Strays of Monroe County 4221 Hanover Rd Columbia IL. If you want to
