James “Jim” Wallace, 55, of Belleville, IL, born Monday, October 4, 1965, in Belleville, IL, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021; at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO.
Jim was a concrete finisher for his company.
He was preceded in death by his:

- Father: Albert Beck Jr. of Belleville, IL
- Step-son: Robert (Kimberly) Landon of Belleville, IL

- Wayne Wallace of Belleville, IL
- Step-brother” Albert (Elise) Beck III of Fort Meyers, FL
- Sister: Monica Cummings of Belleville, IL
- Granddaughter: Kristen Jean Landon of Belleville, I
- Many dear nieces and nephews
Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Wallace Family c/o Karen.
Visitation: Visitation from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 pm, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Clyde Grogan officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.

I am beyond tears knowing how hard it is to find comfort in these difficult times, and although there is not much I can say to ease the pain of this wonderful family I can say that if Love could have saved you Jimmy you would live forever my friend! Your souls journey to Heaven took a piece of all of you with it. I am wishing all of you moments of peace today as you lay to rest a piece of yourselves with Jimmy . Everyone will miss who they were when they were with him. Nothing will ever replace that! He left his footprints of kindness and humor wherever he went and when we look back those footprints will always clearly remain for us one day to follow. As for me, today Jimmy I will picture you full of life and happy watching from above. I’m so sorry it was your time to leave. This hole in my heart will remind me we’re never really far apart.
