Emma’s soft heart at work shows us what a strong person she was in life. We are lucky to have interacted with her in the work place. Sending positive thoughts and prayers from the West Coast Bunn branch work family to her family during this very painful time. Whether Emma knew it or not, her kindness and compassion caused others to follow suit.

We are simply devastated by his tragic news. My cousin, Rob, wife Joan and son Seth are some of the most lovely, caring, down to earth people we know. Although we never met Emma, we are not surprised at the outpouring of accolades to a warm-hearted, kind, caring and wonderful person. Sending love and peace to all, and a special blessing to little Jack Robert Nelson.

I know I speak for myself and the entire BUNN team when I saw that we are are absolutely heartbroken to hear of the untimely passing of Emma. Emma had an absolutely infectious personality, always had a smile on her face, and was one of the most upbeat people to work with. There was no such thing as a problem she wasn’t willing to both face and overcome. An absolutely tragic loss. We will all miss her very much. My deepest sympathy and condolences to all family and friends.

Our sincerest condolences to the Faist and Nelson families. It was such a joy to know Emma during her childhood in Lake Lorraine. Even in adolescence she was such a beautiful person with so much kindness and joy to give. My children, Emma and Kate, remember fondly the few times Emma and Charlotte babysat for them. We are all saddened by this news and are praying for strength, peace, and comfort for you all.
