Emily “Mimi” Irene Hembree, nee Argus, 83, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, February 18, 1940, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her:

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Belleville Area Humane Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Visitation: Visitation from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Dr. Rev. Joe Scheets officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory in Belleville, IL.

Rick, Harold, Theresa and family, Sorry for your loss, Emily was a sweet lady and a great friend, always remember the great times we had living next to you guy’s in Lenzburg, she will be missed
