Cynthia A. Clipper, nee Jacobs, 72, of Belleville, IL, born Monday, December 20, 1948, in Alton, IL, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021; at Evelyn’s House in St. Louis, MO.
Cynthia was a Registered Nurse for Barnes Jewish Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her:
- Parents: Gerald and Kathryn, nee Snider, Jacobs
Surviving are her:
- Son: Todd Clipper of Belleville, IL
- Brother: William Jacobs of Los Angeles, CA
Funeral: Private services will be held at a later date.

Todd and Bill, we are so sorry to hear of Cindy’s passing. She was a good friend and we had many great times together. She will be missed.
