Brandon C. Royer, 37, of Belleville, IL, born Wednesday, June 8, 1983 in Belleville, IL, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 19, 2020.
Brandon worked as a hazardous materials handler in the environmental services industry and was a member of a co-ed softball team that he enjoyed greatly. Brandon was a friend to everyone he met. “Brandon was a friend to everyone he met.”

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Lydia Royer Education Fund c/o Jen Royer.
Visitation: Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020, at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020, at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. Private family interment.

Jen and family,
I have known Brandon on and off throughout my life. I can honestly say I never saw him as happy as when he was with you all. He was no longer just a person. He was a husband and a father. You gave him smiles he may never have had, and feelings he may never have felt. He will live on in all of you in every shared experience, every funny story, and every happy thought. I love you guys and am so sorry for your loss.

It is always hard when our loved ones are taken way to soon. Hang on to God and he will see you through. Brandon will be missed, but he will live on in our hearts.

Sherrie, Ron. Jen and family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Words will never ease the pain you are feeling and I wish I could take that all away. U always felt part of the family. Attending weddings and baby showers. Brandon grew into am amazing man, husband and father. Remember how much he was loved. May God. Prayers for your family! So saddened to hear this. Wish we could make it to the visitation. Brandon was a very outgoing young man with the ability to make almost anyone smile. A great friend to many that will be missed dearly. RIH friend.

Janet and I were so saddened to hear of Brandon’s passing. I have such good memories of coaching Brandon in Khoury League. I can still see the smile on his face when he would rip one of his monstrous drives. God bless you all during this difficult time.

I am extremely saddened to hear about the loss of Brandon. We went to high school together and had a few mutual friends and I remember how he was always so sweet, caring, funny, and just an all around wonderful person! My thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences go to his family and friends during this very difficult time.
