Betty D. Williamson, nee McCracken, 95, of O’Fallon, IL, born Wednesday, March 28, 1928, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, IL.
Betty retired from Bel-Scott retail department store. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, PTA and she served as an Election Judge at the Central Grade School Polling place in O’Fallon, IL for many years. Betty was a Girl Scout Leader and Loved to travel.
She was preceded in death by her:

- Sister, Marjorie (Jeanie) Olsson

Visitation: Visitation from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev Doug Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.

I am Sandy Ford Stoerrle, Dolores’ younger cousin by 10 years and remember back to the day she and sister Jeannie shared a room together, and both were engaged to their future husbands and they were both dressed in their uniforms. I moved to Southern California, but saw Barbara and her family when they lived there at holiday time. When I would visit in Illinois we would meet Dolores and Jeannie and their families at the old Dutch Girl and then the restaurant at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows both in Belleville.
Dolores will be missed.
