Fannie A. Stark, nee Hanchett, 71 of Fairview Hgts, IL, born October 24, 1931 in Branson, Mo. died September 18, 2003 at her residence after a courageous fight against cancer.

After attending Branson High School , Fannie attended the University of Missouri, Columbia where she met her husband Louis.
Fannie worked from 1981 to December 1986 for the First Presbyterian Church of East St.Louis and the First United Presbyterian Church of Belleville, IL She worked first as Transition Coordinator at the E. St. Louis, Church and then as Pastoral worker after the merger at the Belleville Church. Fannie was an active member of The First United Presbyterian Church serving on the Session. She was a member of the Presbyterian Women Organization serving as Moderator, Circle Leader and Coordinator of the Sarah Circle Ministry, an outreach group at St. Pauls Apartment, Belleville.

Ralph Vallandingham, 76 of Belleville, Il, born Nov. 9, 1926 in Bardwell, Ky, passed away from this life early Thursday, July 17, 2003.

He was a retired after 45 years of faithful service as a Signal Foreman for the Illinois Central Railroad. He then attended South West Illinois College and was proud to be called a college student. Ralph was an honorably discharged veteran of WW II serving with the U. S. navy as a Seebee.

During his 76 years he touched the lives of all those whom he befriended through his gentle demeanor, kindness and a wonderful smile. Organizations
that benefited from his life include, American Legion Post 502, V.F.W. Post 7980 and Commercial Club all of Millstadt ,and St. Mary's Health Center in Richmond Heights, Mo. where he served as a regular volunteer.
