Alice M. Cooper,
nee Allison, 95, of Swansea, born Wednesday, December 1, 1915, in East Saint Louis, IL, died Friday, July 15, 2011 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center in Belleville, Illinois.


Mrs. Cooper was a member of Towerview Baptist Church, Al Shiah Temple #29 Daughter of the Nile and Ainad Belles.
 
She was preceded in death by her:

Visitation:  Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, July 18, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois. Daughters of the Nile Service will be held at 7Pm Monday.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 10:30am, Tuesday, July 19, 2011,at Kurrus Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Ellsworth officiating  Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

    My best memories of my Aunt Alice were when I was very young & she took me to St Louis & bought me my first "can can". Such a big deal for me! God Bless you Aunt Alice. Our thoughts are with her immediate family!
