Lawrence H. Blake

Lawrence H. Blake, 90, of Fairview Heights, IL, born Monday, March 31, 1919, in Neoga, IL, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Collinsville Rehab in Collinsville.

Mr. Blake was self-employed as a Building Contractor. He served in the U.S. Marines during World War II and was a member of Christ the King Apostolic Church and the American Legion Post in Neoga, IL.

He is preceded in death by:

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-9 pm, Thursday, January 14, 2010 and from 10-11 am on Friday, January 15, 2010 at Christ the King Apostolic Church, 6920 Old Collinsville Road, O'Fallon, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, January 15, 2010 at Christ the King Apostolic Church, with Rev. Jonathan Blake and Rev. Kevin Blake officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
