H. Chris Reiss, 80, of Belleville, IL, born Thursday, March 14, 1929, in East St. Louis, died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Memorial Hospital Belleville, IL.
Mr. Reiss was a Retired Mailer for Metro East Journal, St. Post Dispatch and St. Louis Globe. He was a member of AirBorne Rangers of the Korean War and the American Legion

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M., Monday, January 18, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Pastor Jack Kurrelmeyer officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208.
