Jerry L. Trickey, 74, of Belleville, IL, born November 25, 1936, in Cape Girardeau, MO, died May 14, 2011 at his residence in Belleville, IL.

 

Mr. Trickey worked for Schuette Stores Inc. for 47 years.

 

He was preceded in death by:

  • Father: Scott W. Trickey Sr.
  • Brothers

    • William "Butch" Trickey

Surviving are his:

  • Daughter: Deanna (Robert) Holmes of Mesa, AZ
  • Son: Jerry "Duane" (Diana) Trickey of Swansea, IL
  • Mother: Catherine, nee Ravenstein Trickey
  • Sister: Barbara (Simon) Kampwerth of Carlyle, IL

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the St. Paul UCC of Belleville or TIP Hospice.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am May 17, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Linda Reynolds officiating.

Visitation: Following the funeral service friends may call from Tuesday, May 17, 2011 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

    Deanna and Duane, I was so sorry and shocked to hear of your father's death. I didn't even know he had been ill. The loss of your mother and father within a years time must be overwhelming.
