Margaret M. Potwora


Margaret M. Potwora, nee , 60, of Belleville, IL, born Saturday, September 9, 1950, in E. St. Louis, IL, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.

Miss Potwora retired from Civil Service at Scott Air Force Base in January 2007. She was a member of Signal Hill Lutheran.

She was preceded in death by her:

  • Parents: Frank L. and Helen M., nee Gerschefske, Potwora

Surviving are her:

  • Brother: Walter (Jean) Potwora of Wood River, IL
  • Nephew: Bobby Poole of Overland Park, KS

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Signal Hill Lutheran Church - Handicapped Access Fund.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-7 pm, Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, February 25, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Pastor Mark Wiesner officiating. Private family interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
