Paul R. Moore

Paul R. Moore, 94, of Belleville, Illinois, born Thursday, October 7, 1918, in Cottonwood, IL, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois.

Paul worked as a Teacher/Principal for East St. Louis School District 189. He was a member of Winstanley Baptist Church Fairview Heights Illinois, a deacon and choir member of the church,  East St. Louis Rotary Club.  He was a United States Army veteran and served in World War II.  

He was preceded in death by his:

Memorials:  Memorials may be made to the Winstanley Baptist Church and  Baptist Children's Home in Carmi, IL

Visitation:  Friends may call from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Winstanley Baptist Church, 9471 W. Highway 161 in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Winstanley Baptist Church, with Dr. Steve Phillips, Rev. Wendell Garrison and Rev. Jim Houpt officiating.  Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
