Marie was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her:
- Husband: Sam Albanese
- Parents: George and Lucille nee Consola Jackson
- Sister-in-law: Jeanette Davis
Surviving are her:
- Daughter: Peggy M. Albanese of Swansea, IL
- Brother-in-Law: Paul Davis of Belleville, IL
- Sister-in-law: Rose (John) Myers of Fort Worth, TX
- Nieces and Nephews

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Slone officiating Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
