Thomas R. Maag, 83, of Aviston, Illinois, born Friday, June 8, 1928, in East Saint Louis, IL, died Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Aviston Countryside Manor in Aviston, Illinois.

Mr. Maag worked as a plumber for Local #360. He was a member of Gothic Lodge #852 AF&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies and Ainad Shrine. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.

He was preceded in death by his:

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Ron Stanley officiating  Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Collinsville, Illinois.
