Mrs. Duhadway was one of my favorite teachers. She was tiny, but she had no problem handling unruly students. I will say a prayer for her and remember what a wonderful teacher she was.

Earnie was one of a kind - a beautiful person with a sparkling wit and personality. She was an interesting conversationalist with views that demonstrated humor and concern for the views of others She will be missed by all of us who were privileged to know her. My sincere condolences are extended to her family.

I wish to send condolences to Donna & family. Donna was in my classes when Bill was our P.E. Dept Chair. We sometimes had meetings at his house where he and Ernie were fine hosts. I also saw Bill when I visited his SIUE Kinesiology Dept. student teachers, where I am now retired Professor. I still am in contact with Pat Spurrier Kurz (in Phoenix) and Bev Daub (in Las Vegas) who were also in teachers in his Dept. They will be sad to hear of the untimely passing of Ernie.
