Mr. Hartmann worked as a Payroll Keeper for Granite City Steel. He was a member of First United Presbyterian Church and the Barber Shop Chorus from Collinsville.

He was preceded in death by his:

Surviving are his:

Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 11, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home with Rev. Alex Hendrickson. By his request, cremation was held. Private burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
