Leo T. Sadkowski, Jr

Leo T. Sadkowski, Jr., 78, of Pocahontas, IL, formerly of East St. Louis, IL, born Friday, October 2, 1931, in East St. Louis, IL, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Sadkowski Jr. was a retired machinist for Marsh Stencil in Belleville, IL. He was a member of St. Clair County Anglers since 1966 and a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.

 

He was preceded in death by his:

• Wife, Judy Sadkowski nee Hurlock
• Parents: Leo and Lilly nee White Sadkowski Sr
• Sister: Diana Rush

Surviving are his:

• Son: Michael A (Tammy) Sadkowski of Belleville, IL
• Brothers

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Donors Choice.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-7 P.M., Friday, August 20, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.  

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, August 20, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. There will be a private interment.
